Weiss – Man Gone

2015 August 21
by Michelle Manetti

Weiss has be steadily growing and churning out killer tech-house tracks for a few years and his latest track which came out last month on Toolroom is an absolute belter. The original track is a dense piano groove, centered around a haunting addictive vocal which sounds a like it could be Vera Hall. The track actually reminds me a little of  Moby’s – Natural Blues (that used Vera Hall’s troubles so Hard) only a fresher modern day version on acid.

Tube & Berger’s remix takes a slightly different approach, it’s a more laid back and stripped down version of typical Tube & Berger style of progressive indie-dance type house, heavily weighted on the bouncy bassline accompanied by dramatic drops and hypnotic grooves and perfectly compliments the original.
